Sardines in Japanese Egg Tofu

Ingredients£º2tubes of Japanese egg tofu, 150g Ayam Brand Sardines, 50g diced onions, 5g diced green pepper, tomato sauce, sugar and salt.
Instructions£º1.Cut the tofu into slices.
2. Sate diced onions. Add a bit of tomato sauce, sugar and salt. Stir in sardines with tomato sauce from can and add green pepper and tofu. Boil until cooked. Serve.

Sweet and Sour Sardines Fish Fingers

Ingredients£º300g Ayam Brand Sardines, 100g batter, 30g pineapple, 10g green pepper, 5g red pepper.
Sauce£º75g sugar, 100g vinegar, 50g tomato sauce from can, 50g water.
Instructions£ºDrain sardines, coat with batter and deep fry till golden. Cook the sauce and serve in a separate dish.
